Send your question

What the fetch contained.

No People Also Ask block was on that page. The research note has no heading for those questions. Nothing on this page pretends a question was captured. A guess will not be printed in the empty space.

If the question is already in your notes, send that one. It gets an answer. A made-up list would teach you a worry that was never yours.

What you can still answer from the file.

You do not need a search list to know whether the deposit, the vendor bills, and the fee are three columns or one. Open the last date that has not happened. Write the deposit still held. Write the bills not yet paid. Write the fee the contract says you earn, and the day it says you earn it.

Then look for the form that is missing. A W-9 for a vendor paid for services. A resale certificate if you buy goods only to sell them onward. The provider login if day-of staff are paid as employees and payroll was never set up.

Those are file questions. A missing form is a file question whether the date is in Maine or in Oregon. The tax that follows, sales tax or an occupancy tax or an information return, depends on the state where the sale or the room or the vendor sits. We read that state's page when the file says which state it is. We do not pretend one state's rule is the national rule.

Why an empty page is more honest.

A cleanup that starts from a made-up question cleans up the wrong thing. The owner who needed the deposit split spends the hour on a permit that does not apply. The owner who needed the permit spends it on a fee that was already in the right column.

Send the question you actually have. If you do not have one yet, send the date. The three amounts are enough to start. The split itself is written on the opening page.

Send the question you already hold.

If the file has a question, write it. If it does not, name the date instead.
